General provisions

1. The Data Controller of the personal data in accordance with the GDPR (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") is Egererdő Zrt., Mátraparkett , company registration number: 10 10 020083, registered office: 3300 Eger, Kossuth L. u. 18.)

3. Personal data is defined to be any information relating to the identification of a natural person.

Source of the personal data
1. The Data Controller processes the personal data obtained with the consent of the Customer, collected through the contract concluded during the electronic order created in the Webshop [www.matraparkett.hu].
2. The Data Controller will only process the Customer's identification and contact details that are necessary for the performance of the contract.

3. The Data Controller processes the personal data for the purposes of transport and accounting and for the necessary communication between the Contracting Parties for the period required by law. The personal data will not be publicly disclosed or transferred to other countries.

The purpose of the data processing:

The Data Controller processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:
1. Registration on the website www.matraparkett.hu in accordance with Chapter 4, Article 2 of the GDPR;
2. For the execution of the electronic orders and requests for quotation created by the Customer (name, address, e-mail, phone number);
3. To comply with the laws and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Data Controller;
4. Personal data is required to complete the purchase contract. The contract cannot be concluded without the personal data.

Duration of the storage of the personal data
1. For the period necessary to fulfil the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship, the Data Controller stores the data for 3 years after the conclusion of the contractual relationship;

2. The Data Controller must delete all personal data after the expiry of the period for which the personal data were stored.

Recipients and processors of the personal data

The third parties processing the Customer's personal data are subcontractors of the Data Controller. The services of these subcontractors are indispensable for the successful performance of the contract between the Data Controller and the Customer for the processing of the electronic order.

7. In the event of a suspected infringement of the GDPR, the Customer may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Protection of the personal data

1. The Data Controller declares that it takes all technical and organisational precautions necessary to protect personal data;
2. The Data Controller has taken technical precautions to secure the data storage areas, in particular by password-protecting access to the computer, antivirus software and regular maintenance of the computers.

Final provisions

1. By placing an electronic order or requesting an offer on www.matraparkett.hu, the Customer confirms that he/she has been informed of all the conditions of the protection of personal data and fully accepts them;
2. The Customer accepts these rules by ticking the checkbox on the order, purchase, request for quote form.
3. The Data Controller may update these rules at any time. A new, updated version of this Policy will be available on the Website.

This Policy enters into force on 1 January 2023.
