Mátraparkett guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials and production failures.
Before installing the products, the conformity of the product must be checked.
The check should cover:
- dimensional deviations that may block the laying
- moisture content of the product (Permissible humidity between 7-11%) and possible surface treatment or aesthetic defects
- Our products are graded in accordance with the international standard, the grading differences are aesthetically only and exclusively due to the structure of the material used.
Please check the product you have purchased before installation. Please send any comments or complaints in writing, preferably with photographs, to the place of purchase or to our factory at matraparkett@egererdo.hu before installation and expect our reply. Do not install the product until you receive our reply! We do not accept any charges for defective items that have been installed!
Our products are made from pure wood, a natural product that grows naturally.
Structural and colour variations are a property of the raw material and are not a basis for complaint. Our company accepts no liability for colour or shape variations due to incorrect installation, incorrect or neglected care, use of inappropriate care products, cleaning products, or unsuitable environment.
Only dimensional, colour, deformation and surface problems resulting from the manufacturing process are subject to complaint.
The factory finish is also guaranteed.
If you follow the instructions in the Installation and Care Guide supplied with the product and available to download from our website, we offer a 5-year statutory guarantee on the finish.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by mechanical impact, wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use or neglect.
